Our Mission

Today’s athletes face increasing demands on their time. As sports become more and more competitive, athletes must work harder and harder on their training to maintain a competitive edge. As training time increases, however, so also does the stress of managing daily day-to-day tasks such as school, work, and home life. This increase in demands and stress can lead to negative effects on and off the field for the athlete, such as reduced game performance, slipping grades, anxiety, and situational unawareness that can ultimately lead to detrimental physical and mental safety effects.

Additionally, in today’s increasingly chaotic world, students will learn practical self-defense techniques that, when combined with self-awareness, can help them feel more confident in their ability to avoid and, if needed, escape from a dangerous situation. Unlike traditional fitness classes or individual gym sessions, our classes focus on creating an environment that is free from distraction and common social conversations so that our students can focus on themselves and their mental and physical growth.
